Please do not let this screen scare you (that is not our intent!). Most online vendors have policies, but do not show them until there's a problem. We believe its better to communicate upfront what to do in the unlikely event your Item is damaged during shipping and inform you about our return policy. With the exception of some furniture items, most items ship within 3 - 4 days. Items are insured and guaranteed to arrive brand new, without damage. Shipping damage does not happen often, but given the expense we want to ensure you know what to do if it does happen.
Shipping - Our shipping email will indicate how your items is shipped. Basically any item less than 41 inches wide is shipped via UPS/FedEx/US Mail. In the unlikely event your item is damaged:
Freight Truck Items (Greater than 41 inches - large chandeliers, beds, etc.) - These are large trucks and are not via UPS/FedEX/US Mail. These items are sent Freight truck due to their large size and require a signature upon delivery. Its imperative that you do not sign for a damaged item as this will void the shipping insurance. Open and inspect the Item for damage upon delivery. If damage is found, refuse delivery (do not sign) and contact us immediately. A brand new replacement Item will be sent at no charge.
UPS/FedEX/US Mail (All Wagon Wheel Chandeliers and items smaller than 41 inches - refer to product dimensions) - Simply call us immediately if damaged. A call tag will be issued for the damaged item and a brand new replacement will be sent at no charge. Note: Signature is not required. Unlike freight truck items, do not reject items under any circumstance.
Returns (this also includes canceling of already shipped items)
- Item must be returned in brand new unused condition (Item never installed, hardware bags unopened, no cut wires) within 15-days of you receiving it.
- 100% refund minus the actual shipping cost for your item (We charge $5 shipping, but if the item is returned we will subtract our actual shipping cost).
- RMA number required for returns. Call us for RMA number and return shipping address.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
- We highly recommend you insure returns as we are not responsible for return shipping damage.
Any item returned not adhering to this policy will not be refunded.
